WACOSA's Workin' It!

In November 2018, WACOSA began providing services to the former Independence Center, Inc. (ICI) in Waite Park, MN.  ICI, now known as WACOSA 1st Ave, held an annual walkathon for 20 years.  We would like to honor ICI's yearly walkathon by continuing this annual tradition as one organization, WACOSA. This year with your help we hope to double the impact of this event.

WACOSA’s 1-5K  event raises awareness and money to support WACOSA’s mission, “to provide individuals with disabilities the opportunity to work and live in their community.”  

The 1-5K Walk-Run will kick off at 10am on August 10th, 2019, at Lake George in St. Cloud.  This family friendly, noncompetitive event is accessible to all ability levels.  Rain or shine we hope you come prepared to have a great time!
